What is limited scope representation?
Limited scope representation means that you and your attorney agree that you will do some of the tasks related to your case, and the attorney will do others.
Kansas Courts make a variety of resources available to self represented litigants. This website also has a page of links to many resources and forms if you want to "do it yourself."
FEMA provides financial assistance for funeral expenses incurred after Jan. 20, 2020 for deaths related to coronavirus (COVID-19) to help ease some of the financial stress and burden caused by the pandemic.
As a reminder the traditional FEMA 800 number will not be utilized as the below number has been set up to handle influx of COVID-19 registrations.
